At ELIVAAS, we collect a refundable security deposit of ?15,000 per villa to ensure the property is maintained in excellent condition for every guest. This amount is collected 48 hours prior to check-in via UPI, credit/debit card, or bank transfer. The deposit is fully refundable and will be returned within 5–7 working days after check-out, provided there are no damages to the property, violations of house rules, or delays in check-out procedures. In case of any deductions, guests will receive a detailed breakdown.
